Broadening the perspective and letting in more information is the way to solve problems, rather than try to work out a solution within a given framework.
Eventually there is no truth except the full truth.
The society is based on combination of truth and power, and the effects are sometimes strange with unlikely winners and losers. The ideal society is based only on truth.
One reason why the society is not already based on truth is that truth is difficult to see. There is a natural problem. This is traditionally increased by human secrecy, bad communication and will to deceive.
However, with the increasing interest in the workings of mind, the last obstacle to awareness is challenged.
Understanding the different functions of mind, including the extremely elusive but powerful long term effects, will clear the way to a just and free world.

Fundamental nature 2
The full capacity of mind is farsighted, broadminded and spacious. This mind is locked into a world of limitation. To break out of the limitation and return to the limitlessness is not easy.
But there are many positive examples. Food production used to be limited. Now food is unlimited. The distribution of food is not yet unlimited.
Material things and gadgets used to be limited in number, if they even existed. Now cell phones, computers, cars and television sets are almost without limit.
Gender roles used to be very limiting, in particular for women. Many limits are weakened in the west, and in the east many women find a new economical freedom thanks to micro credits.
Not long ago a person was limited for life to the home village, now migration to the cities and the creation of new jobs have lifted these limitations.
Energy in the form of oil is a limited resource. New forms of energy are exploited.
Money used to be limited resource. Not it is unlimited, and more people than before are prosperous.
On mind level many limitations remain, in particular when we think about others. But at the same time we know that individual freedom is the most positive power, and that everything new feels strange as long as it is new.
