Enthusiastic effort 2

All human activity is not effort, and all effort is not enthusiastic. So there is room for improvement.
The key to this improvement is mind. Mind is intention, means and also result.
Often we describe the goals as non mind, like making money, supporting a family with a home, food and everything else and having a family.
But this is really mind. The evaluation of these factors are mind, often strengthened by instinct.
Even negative incentives as punishment and social degradation are mind.
Mind can support these ideas or negate them totally or in different combinations. Sometimes money is preferred instead of family, sometimes family harmony is preferred to money.
In many social situations we have obvious material goals like a certain house, a car, a family, a job. But if we have the mind perspective nothing of these external factors are important.
It is convenient to have some material facilities, but the essential factor is the processes in mind, and they can reach heaven - literally - without having any obvious, material effects.
The results can be transferred and communicated, if there is a willingness to listen.

Control 2

There are many natural limits to our freedom, and we should respect them. We should respect the rights of others, the limitations of nature and climate for example.
But historically many of these limitations have been reinforced by human actions or rulings. Breaking some rules have led to punishment in one form or another.
This has created the idea that we are free to break rules up to the point where we are punished. But this is wrong. We are free do act only if we do not limit the freedom of others. We are not free to abuse a child, even if the child can not defend itself. We are not free to force others to defend themselves against us.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn described the Soviet society as very heavy-handed, giving the most severe punishments for small offenses or threats to the state. This was not very nice or effective.

Trust 2

Is the divine stronger than man? What will happen if we trust in the divine and men tries to destroy it?
The answer is that the divine is stronger on the level of mind. On the material level, man can be strong as destructive force.
Eventually, the futility of destruction will be obvious. So eventually the divine principles will win.
To keep to the divine while being attacked by men is not easy. It is a nuisance, and totally unnecessary. But common.
The strength of the divine is in the perfection of the ideas. It works. It is possible. The cost is low. We want the good ideas.
This is the positive aspect.
But there is a negative aspect as well. Mistakes are mistakes and have negative effects. It is not a matter of sin or punishment. It is bad management. A waste of resources. Inefficient methods.
On mind level, everything we do is processed over and over again. If we put in bad ideas here, they will infest in mind and give bad experiences later.
The suffering we experience is the result of earlier mistakes, and of negative actions done now by ourselves or others.
So the divine principles are stronger than man. negative actions will give negative effects. It is a natural process in mind.

No mistake

The difference between a mistake and a sin is that a mistake should be corrected but a sin should be punished. Punishment means to inflict suffering.
So sin is a mistake leading to more mistakes. This is bad. It is obvious.
Sin is a very popular idea. Few so old ideas are so popular.
Sin is founded on the idea of weak mind. As mind is weak, it needs the support of threat of punishment in order to do the right.
If mind was strong it would do the right by itself.
Traditionally, mind was weak for most people. Education was bad, access to knowledge was bad and temporary distraction was abundant and unavoidable.
Now the situation is different, and it is changing rapidly. The problem is not lack of information but too much information.
So the idea of sin and punishment is getting outdated. Instead we need communication and respect for knowledge.
