As the relative reality is nothing but an expression of the absolute level, we can have a relaxed attitude to it, as much as possible. If the attitude is not relaxed it is strained and stressed, and that is a problem.
However, there are many modern things which must work perfectly and powerfully, like nuclear plants, aeroplanes and train engines. In these machines there is no room for laxity or relaxation. But these machines are not human beings. The people in charge must be able to do their task in an atmosphere of relaxation.
Not long ago, a lot of industrial and other production took place under very strict forms. Recently we have seen pictures from factories in China with this strict discipline. So it exists.
But it does not mean that it is the ultimate form of human life. The best in this respect is probably a balance between relaxation and discipline.
From the philosophical point of view, the important is to express compassion. The most valuable is not to be compassionate, but to plant the seed of compassion in others.
There are people doing the opposite, planting and watering the seed of hostility, violence and enmity. This is a problem, in particular when those imposing violence does not see it as remarkable.

Better 2
Deceit, secrecy and violence might seem to be rational methods in a body-based world view. In the extreme form we see it in war fare strategy. In a disguised form we find it in many societies and many sub cultures.
In a mind-based world view however, the best methods are communication, openness, information and argument.
The body-based world view is the first one we find when we grow up. The mind-based view is not quite natural. It must be cultivated in order to be reached. But it can be reached by all.
Which is best? Well every individual must choose individually. It is no use saying that the mind-based view is better if no one tries to reach it.
There are some difficulties in seeking the mind-based view. One difficulty is self purification. Many stunts which are natural in the body-based view are quite sad in a mind-based view.
In a body based view we might think "I am not angry often. I am only angry when it is particularly justified". In a mind-based view, the principle is "When it seems and feels particularly justified to be angry, it is particularly good not to be angry".

Trust not the unanalyzed 2
If a person can nothing else, he can always use violence and abuse. This is a basic human problem.
Why all these wars, why conflict, why violence, why abuse, why oppression, why criminality?
It is because of this: If we know not how to deal with a situation, we "feel it right" to use violence and abuse.
This is very sad, as the rational solution is so close. It is about analyze. It is about understanding principles.
Everything we d0 must be justified. If we can not analyze, we trust the unanalyzed, and thus feel justified in doing anything including the most horrible.
If we can do a legal analysis, we see there is no justification for private violence.
If we can do a mind analysis, we see the illusion of spontaneous observation, and we see the solution to the problem.

Against
As long as there is rules, there is the charm of speculating against the rules. It is irresistible.
It is not just a bad idea. It is a deep urge to test if the rules are justified.
But some rules are justified.
To live within justified rules must not be bad or boring. It could be like painting new and perfect paintings. It is within the rules, it is new and very good.
OK, we know this when it comes to painting.
But what about money, public truth and violence? Why should these sectors be free from justified rules?
Money is the most important measurement in this world. It is more important than others measures, like the meter, the litre, the second.
When it comes to meter, litre or second we are extremely specific. The length of a meter is decided down to the smallest decimal. Very good.
But the value of money fluctuates, minute for minute. The relative value between currencies change, and inflation change the value within the currencies.
This should not be tolerated, as it is not necessary.
Public truths should be true, and let us all hope it will be so. May the times of stories about "weapons of mass destruction" be over.
When it comes to private use of violence, there are many rules in most countries. Of course, no one cares very much. Abuse, mainly of women, continues day and night all over the world.
The public use of violence is often seen as more justified. But is it? Should not every dictator be tried for every instant of violence as any other suspect?
If the political violence is justified, the leaders have nothing to fear.
But politics is always debated. There seems to be no general truth. But there is such a truth. It is on mind level.

Giving
Spontaneously we often feel we can give criticism and sometimes even interfere with violence without being affected ourselves.
This is the calculation behind criminal activity and many conflicts including war.
But this calculation is wrong. We get what we give. If we give violence, we will get violence.
There might be time lap between the giving an the getting. But the relation is strict.
If this was generally known, the idea of war as some sort of conflict solver would be less popular than it is.
