Post-industrial society is an old concept. But it is negatively stated. It tells about what we have left - the industrial society - but not about what we have arrived at. So, what have we arrived at? The answer is: the mind based society.
The industrial society was the last era when human beings had their main value as physical production entities. Now the main value is in mind. Mind is creator and consumer in one.
The classical problem is how to distribute wealth and work. Karl Marx answered it for the industrial society. Or rather, he started a struggle that went on for 150 years and sometimes violently.
The problem now is: What is wealth and what is your role, among the seven billion other human beings living now?
The answer is that wealth is not in money, but in the use of our resources. This "use of resources" means living in harmony, love and creativity, from the support of all others and of nature.
