The second level 2

Is mind a threat to civilization? It could be, as the spontaneous mind is more inclined for destruction than construction.
In schools were there is no discipline, the destructive processes are quite obvious.
In society, there is no room for this kind of destructivity, but if large groups of the population are left outside the orderly society, there will be social unrest eventually.
This is not a social problem but a mind problem.
For most people, it is possible to get control over mind and then find a comparatively positive role in society.
The paradox is that what seems to be external problems with antisocial behavior, unrest, violence and so on really is a mind problem.
What to do?
Many mind processes are decided long ago. They can not be changed easily. We have to accept that. Mind is a victim of earlier learning. This have to wear out before the new appears.
Every individual must mind his or her own mind, but in order to get good results, there should be an public analysis concerning the real issues.
A pseudo analysis about impotent social responsibility and real lack of opportunities will only increase alienation. A real debate should be about mind, ideals and practical implementations.
