The law production in the world is intense. International, national, regional and local authorities are busy. They want an orderly world. Very nice.
Global interdependence and Internet are new fields and thus fields for new laws.
Both these factors, awareness of global dependence and Internet, are positive. By themselves they should make laws better. Better knowledge in general and better information about conditions everywhere, concerning human rights, violence, resources, environment, climate, health and so on will diminish the opportunity to impose unfair legislation.
Whatever you do, and wherever you are, there is always someone watching you.
Historically, rules have a bad reputation. That is fair enough, as rules seldom have been fair. They have been biased, for example in order to keep the rich rich.
As long as laws are biased, there are always anti-rules. To break bad rules is not only good but sometimes even a mission.
But some rules are good. And breaking them always gives bad effects. To find these rules is difficult. It challenges tradition, habits and maybe even the spontaneous attitude of the population.
