Mind meetings 2

For a meeting to be nice, we should know its structure and be open minded.
Structure is when we know why there is a meeting, and which functions the participants have.
Problems occur if we are opinionated.
Sometimes we have the right to stick to our function, even if others would like to start a meeting in another structure.
If there are problems, the remedy is more information and analysis. This needs time, however.
There is a difference between fake and being polite. Fake is outright falseness, but politeness is when we try to bend interests to fit with the interests of other persons.
Open meetings when people meet unexpectedly can be very complex and thus difficult.
The general principle could be respect and wishing well.
