Brain and reality 2

The brain is normally very slow compared to reality at large. When fast reactions are necessary, as in playing tennis, a lot of practice is necessary. The slowness is a nuisance. But it also have advantages.
The main advantage is the ability to consider different alternatives. We can find new ways of acting and solving problems.
When we are born the brain is not fully developed, and even when the rest of the body is fully developed, the brain can develop further. The best way is probably the old well known and tedious one: study and practice.
In order to do this we need freedom of information. This freedom leads to communication and exchange of information in a never ending, positive process.
The alternative of trying to improve the situation by secret and devious means is not as good. Reality by itself and the normal functions of the brain are deceptive enough. We do not need to make reality more enigmatic.
