Harmony and unity 2

In a world of unity, the ideal is not to throw out people but to find the best role for all within the unity. This can happen on different levels, where all have comparatively bad roles, or where all have the best possible roles.
What is a good role? It is difficult to say generally, as it depends on mind, and mind is individual and complex. What is good for one is bad for the other.
Traditionally, there were more people than good roles. This problem remains partly, but it is not as difficult as it used to be. Access to higher education has increased ten times - at least - the last 100 years. The number of company leaders, musicians, movie makers, media personalities and the like are comparatively higher than before.
We could arrange society so the demand for good roles gets even bigger. But it would mean some changes in the hierarchies, and that is a sensitive area.
So the progress towards a world where every individual can express his or her best ambitions is a bit slow.
But if we see the unity of the world, we will also see the harmony and thus also the ways to increase the harmony even more.
