In many western countries, the demographic situation is alarming. The number of elderly will be high and the number of younger will be low. In a global perspective, the population growth continues, however.
But will it be possible to take good care of the elderly in the future?
If we just wait and see, problems will be serious. We need to prepare. All who are getting older are included in this "we".
The best preparation is on mind level. All our experiences are produced by our mind. If we want nice experiences we can prepare for it long in advance.
We do it by purifying mind and doing good to others.
